What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options. Payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order.

Do you set up the sign or just deliver it?

We offer free local delivery and setup in select areas. If you're within our delivery range, our team will handle the delivery for you and installation if you request it.

What are the differences between “Nice List” signs and “Naughty List” signs?

We offer both “Nice List” and “Naughty List” designs so you can pick the sign that best fits your holiday spirit. Nice list signs are made with handcrafted wood and naughty list signs are made with corrugated plastic.

How do I order one of those signs?

You can place an order directly on our website. Simply choose your sign type, select any customization options, and proceed to checkout. If you have questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Can I gift a sign to someone else?

Absolutely! Our yard signs make great gifts for family and friends. Simply enter the recipient’s address in the notes at checkout, and we’ll handle the delivery.

Why would someone want a Holiday Yard Sign?

Ultimately, people purchase holiday yard signs for a variety of reasons. Someone may purchase a “Nice” sign to let your child know he or she is being acknowledged this holiday season, while someone else might purchase a “Naughty” sign for your co-worker who still hasn’t confessed to eating your sandwich in April.

How long will it take to receive my sign after I order?

Our signs are made to order. Generally, orders placed in November are delivered within 7-10 business days. Orders in December may take a bit longer due to increased holiday demand.

What is the deadline to order a sign?

Our final order deadline is December 22.

Are the signs weatherproof?

Absolutely! Our signs are made with high-quality materials that are designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions, so they’ll look great through the season.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

As each sign is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it.

Can I customize my sign?

Currently, our only offerings are listed on the website. If you’re interested in requesting a special customized sign, please reach out to support@holidayyardco.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

What are the prices for your holiday yard signs?

Our prices start at $13, with a sliding scale depending on when you order. Please keep in mind that the price increases as we get closer to Christmas.
